Note: Shipping times are calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include the day it is picked up, Saturdays, Sundays and/or Canada Post shipping holidays. 

Return Policies

Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Nail Techniques and any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and/or Exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to manufacturer defect.

Absolutely NO returns/exchanges on discontinued, sale or used merchandise.

There are no returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days.
